This was my breakfast today. Seared Yellowfin marinated in my own Honey Ginger sauce. I also made Dark Chocolate Mousse and Thai Red Curry today, but by the time I was finished making them, I just wanted to eat the darned things…

After being pre-ordered in September, my hardcover copy of DJ Coffman’s Hero By Night has finally arrived!
Lately, I’ve been enjoying re-listening to the musical stylings of such lauded 1990’s British acts as David Devant & His Spirit Wife, Kenickie, Echobelly, The Charlatans, Supergrass, Catatonia, Mansun, and even Oasis. Right now, I find myself wishing that I had in my hand my now ancient cassette copy of Mansun’s May ‘97 set supporting the Manic Street Preachers at the Nynex Arena in Manchester. That gig (along with stellar support by Embrace and Audioweb, sniff), was one of the best days of my life.
I miss being 16 years old. Music was so much better then, or so it seems….
I remember the days of backing up my old (and at the time, massively huge) 420MB Amiga hard drive onto hundreds of numbered floppy disks… By comparison, Time Machine is a dream come true.
I never thought I would be the proud owner of a LOLcat, but lo and behold…
