The Gates, Beforehand
We drove past the Christo/Jeanne-Claude installation in Central Park last week while it was being erected. To be honest it looked better before the fabrics were added to the gates, in their naked, uncluttered state they contrasted more with the landscape of the park itself, but it still looks kinda cool now that it’s completed.
